Jeff, here! I’ve been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, including over nine years with State Farm. As the Production Specialist, I enjoy helping customers find the right coverage for their needs, whether that means starting a new policy or adding coverage along the way. My goal is to make the process easy to understand and as smooth as possible.
I’m a 1994 graduate of Columbia College, and being part of the Columbia community has always been important to me. I enjoy giving back and staying connected through my involvement as a board member for Daniel Boone and as the director of Upward Soccer in Columbia. I really value the relationships I’ve built along the way and love being able to support the community I call home.
When I’m not working or out in the community, you’ll usually find me reading, watching sports, or spending time with my cats.

I’m McKenzie, and I’m here to help with all those everyday insurance questions that come up along the way! As the Service Specialist, I help with everything from billing questions and policy changes to adding or replacing vehicles and answering questions about the claims process. Whatever you need, I’m happy to help make things as easy as possible.
I joined the team about a year and a half ago after spending much of my career in banking. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and helping make things a little simpler, so taking care of our customers is one of my favorite parts of the job.
My husband and I are raising five busy kids—four boys and one girl—so life outside the office is always an adventure! You can often find our family around Columbia at the basketball courts, wrestling events, or exploring one of the area’s parks and trails. When I get a little downtime, I enjoy reading, thrifting, trying local restaurants, and spending time with my family and our dog, Apollo.

I first joined Brian’s team in 2014, with a brief time away to be a stay-at-home mom to my two children. My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and much of my time outside the office is spent keeping up with our kids! When I find a little free time, I enjoy going on walks, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
